Ticket returns

A purchased ticket for an event, organised by Neuvents, may be returned no later than 14 days before that event.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once you return/request a return for your ticket we will notify you by email if the return is accepted.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Force majeure refunds

If for any reason beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation fire, strike,
earthquake, damage, construction or renovation to the display site, government regulation, public catastrophe, or act of God (“Force Majeure”), Neuvents shall determine that an event will not be held, Neuvents may cancel the event.

In that case, the liability of Neuvents is limited refunding all tickets for that event if the cancelation was at least 14 days before the event.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

All tickets sold by Neuvents are digital hence the way to return them is by sending an email to with your ticket details and a request for refund.
